Privacy policy

Effective November 2, 2026

This policy covers drivefalco.com, operated by FALCO Technologies Inc., 505 Montgomery St, Suite 1100, San Francisco, CA 94111. The FALCO app and platform will have their own privacy policy, published before they launch.

What we collect

This website collects no personal information through forms and sets no cookies of its own. Like every website, the hosting service records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are retained for a limited period by the hosting provider.

If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence.

How we use it

To operate and secure the website and to reply to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

The site is served by a third-party hosting provider that processes server logs on our behalf. Email is handled by Google Workspace.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing contact@drivefalco.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and will not be treated differently for exercising them. We respond within 45 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will be posted here.
